* 4. My child(ren), listed above, will be riding the Episcopal Day School bus. In order for the bus to stay on schedule, I understand that it is my responsibility to have my child at the pick-up location promptly and for me to be at the drop off location promptly. I understand that my child will not be left at the drop off location alone in the afternoon. Instead he/she will be taken back to EDS, or I may pick him/her up at the next location. I understand that the code of conduct listed in the Episcopal Day School handbook will apply while on the bus. Additional bus rules are posted on the bus. I agree to release and hold harmless Episcopal Day School and its employees from any liability for damage or injury to my child while riding on the bus. I also understand that if I choose regular bus service, fees are due even if my child does not ride the bus. Regular bus rider fees are for the month and billed on the monthly tuition statement from September – May. Drop-In fees are billed after the bus use.
