18-21 Provider Meeting Registration:
These meetings are for 18-21 Providers and/or Transition Coordinators, and any interested Directors of Special Education. The meetings will be held on different dates and at various locations. You must register if you plan on attending as we have limited space, details of the meeting are at the end of registration. If we reach maximum capacity, we may have to contact AU staff to send only one representative.
We are excited to provide an opportunity for educators to come together to get to know each other, share ideas, and discuss the continuum of transition services that are being offered in their district, identify questions/issues of concern, and provide opportunities for problem-solving. Please come prepared to ask questions and to discuss your innovative practices with your colleagues as we seek to improve the post-school outcomes of students with disabilities across our state.
