You can place your Vaccines For Children (VFC) flu vaccine late request for the 2017-18 influenza season here. Orders will be filled based on the order in which we receive your request. NOTE: While your chances of receiving your late flu request doses are very good, we cannot guarantee availability of doses after we place our order with CDC at the end of January, 2017.
