Thank you for your interest in applying for a Compass Project Leader position. We have an exciting group of clients this year. Detailed descriptions of the projects can be found on our website at www.compassprobono.org. Short descriptions are included later in this application.
REQUIREMENTS: Compass Project Leaders must have an MBA from one of our partner schools (Berkeley, Chicago, Columbia, Cornell, Darden, Duke, Harvard, Kellogg, Michigan, MIT, NYU, Stanford, Tuck, UNC, Wharton, and Yale). Exceptions are rare, and must be approved by Compass.
DEADLINE: The deadline for Project Leader applications is Tuesday, September 13 at 5:00 p.m.
All applicants new to Compass will be interviewed in-person between Monday, August 29 and Tuesday, September 13. We will contact you to schedule an interview shortly after we receive your application. Therefore, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
We will notify all Project Leader applicants of their selection status on Friday, September 16.
TIMING: Project Leaders will be trained in September and will begin working with clients right away to narrow the project scope. Project teams will be formed and will begin meeting in late October.
