Greetings! This survey will allow you to submit your request for the 12 Months of Cheer Sale. You will receive 12 keepsake signs (size 12x18 inches printed on corrugated plastic) with metal stakes for $49.99 plus tax.  Please note, your request is not confirmed until I follow up with you, send and invoice, AND receive payment from you. You will need to complete this once for each set of 12 you are ordering. Items will be delivered approximately 7-10 days after payment. I will do my best to reply to your request within 24 hours. You will be able to view and select from our 12 Months of Cheer items on the following pages. Service area is Ada and 10 mile radius. We also service outside of this 10 mile radius (up to 25 miles from Ada) for additional fees (additional fees outside of service area range from an additional $5-20). Exact total is calculated based on the delivery address you provide. If you do not wish to pay a delivery fee for out of area deliveries, you can meet me in Ada to pick up your items.
