We are seeking YARD SALE vendors for the 127 Yard Sale Aug. 7 - Aug. 10 to set up in our Vinterest Southside outdoor back lot at 2121 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, TN, 37408. The store (inside) features over 80 vendors, public restrooms, air conditioning, & is pet-friendly. We will extend store hours to accommodate the Outdoor Yard Sale with gates open to the public: Thurs & Fri 8a-7p, Sat 8a-6p & Sun 8a-5p. SPOTS are filling up QUICKLY, so apply now! YOU MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL TO SET UP HERE. See below for the details, including fees that are actually a win-win! ---->> Please NOTE: We are not accepting artist, craft or new sale vendors. This particular sale is for Yard Sale, Used Goods Only.

2.USED Goods Seller Info (not food vendors)
3.USED Goods Sellers: Two Consecutive Days or All Four Days are Required. Which would you like? (Pick one option)(Required.)
4.USED Goods Sellers: The Non-Refundable Cash Fee for all Commitments (2-day or 4-day) is $60. Vinterest will provide one $15 Food Credit Daily to Eat On-Site with Our Booked Food Vendor for the Days You are On-Site Selling. I understand the purpose of this fee.(Required.)
5.Electricity is VERY Limited & Requires a $20 Cash Non-Refundable Fee at Sign-Up. Do you *need* electricity?
6.Have You Participated in a Yard Sale Before? Tell us about your items and/or company! (Please keep in mind we are seeking USED Goods for this particular sale, not artist, craft or new sellers.)
7.Do You have Multiple Means to Take Payment? Keep in mind, not all customers will have cash with them.
8.Each USED Goods Seller Space is 10 ft. Wide x 17 ft. Deep. Tent, Tent WEIGHTS (*required*), Tarps (for inclement weather), Tables, Chairs, & Bags/Wrapping for Breakables are Seller Responsibility. Do you have these necessary items?(Required.)
9.If this Event Date is Full, May We Contact You for Future Event Opportunities?
We will contact you directly if approved for the 127 Yard Sale & share instructions for next steps, which will include an in-person meet & greet, payment/receipt & general release of liability waiver. We Can't Wait to Sell With You in August!
Front of Vinterest Southside - Outdoor 127 Yard Sale is Located in Back Lot (behind store). Being downtown Chattanooga nestled between Lookout Mountain & Signal Mountain, we have ample restaurants & hotels for the 127 Yard Sale traveler after hours.
