Food Service Focus Group Pre-survey

Thanks for your interest in this study!

MFORCE Research is looking for decision makers in food service operations to participate in a paid focus group. The 90-minute groups will take place at a facility in downtown Chicago, near the corner of Michigan & Wacker, on Tuesday, June 11th. There is a group at 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Participants will need to complete a short pre-study assignment. Free parking is provided on-site and participants will receive a Visa gift card for $250.
