10th Annual PAT and Quality by Design Survey

In preparation for the 10th Annual PAT and Quality by Design 2013, taking place in March, I would like to invite you to take part in a short survey.

The survey consists of 11 questions and will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

As a thank you, all participants who complete the survey by 19th November are automatically entered in a prize draw for a free place at the event. All respondents will get a copy of the results as well.
