Thank you for participating in the balloting for The Daily Meal's third annual 101 Best Restaurants in Asia.

We have arranged the restaurant nominees by country/region, then city, and then in alphabetical order to make finding your favorites quick and easy. Countries included are:

Cambodia | China | Hong Kong | India | Indonesia | Japan | Laos | Macau | Malaysia | Myanmar | Philippines | Singapore | South Korea | Sri Lanka | Taiwan | Thailand | Vietnam

Feel free to skip directly to the countries you are an expert in, and simply tick the box next to your selections. You can vote for as many restaurants as you wish.

In the interest of accuracy and fairness to all of these wonderful establishments, please vote only for restaurants where you have eaten within the past 12 months.

Please vote based on the following criteria:

1. Cuisine: From innovative menu options and traditional regional cooking, to modern international fare to plating/presentation, to quality and taste, please evaluate the restaurant’s cuisine according to freshness, flavor, presentation, and either fidelity to tradition or innovative excellence. Only select those restaurants that you believe offer extraordinary food.

2. Décor/Service/Experience: From the restaurant's interior to the dining room ambiance to the service, evaluate the restaurant for the overall experience it provides. Only select those restaurants that excel in these areas. (For very casual places, where ambiance and service are beside the point, judge how appropriate the surroundings are for the food being served.)

3. Value for Money: Evaluate the restaurants based on value for money. Some restaurants offer extraordinary food for low prices ($25 or less per person, food only) while others are pricey but worth it for a splurge ($100 or more per person, food only). Then, there are moderately priced establishments that excel for average price points.

4. Essentials: Vote for the restaurants you consider "don't miss" establishments, definitive of their city or region. (Think in these terms: You can't leave [given city/region] without dining at…)

If you wish, you can write-in restaurant nominees that we may have overlooked. You may also add comments on any of the restaurants you have voted for in the space provided at the end of the survey.

In the last section, please let us know whether or not The Daily Meal can publish your name, comments, and/or a link to your blog, website, or social media network.

Thank you again — and have fun!
