To exit the registration form prior to submitting your information, simply click the “Exit Form” button located at the top of the page. You can then reenter the form, type in your information again, and then click on the submit button.
The location for the Chairs Workshop will be at the CSU Long Beach Campus
in The Pointe Conference Center.
The conference center is located on the ground floor of the Walter Pyramid Sports Arena, in the doors directly under the main stairway.

Lot 13 has been reserved from 8:00am until 4:30pm as a ‘no citation’ lot. Please park in this lot only.

We will not be reserving a room block, but the Long Beach campus recommends the following hotels near campus: hotel information.
Be sure to ask your preferred hotel for the state rate.
The agenda will be forwarded prior to the meeting.
The conference fee is $60.00 per person ($45.00 for CSULB attendees) and the deadline to register is Friday, October 12, 2012
. Your campus will be billed directly in the amount of $60.00 per individual ($45.00 for CSULB attendees). You do not need to send payment for this meeting.
Cancellations are not allowed after October 12, 2012. Be aware if you cancel after October 12, 2012 your campus will still be billed.
