This questionnaire has been designed by the North East Partnership.
All of the North East areas have contributed to the questionnaire and all are committed to support 100 people with learning disabilities and 100 families from their area to take part in the questionnaire.
The same questions are being asked by every area, so we expect to have over 2000 views to help us understand how we can make the biggest difference to people in our region.
