Do ypu have a child with SEND 0-7 years?

A key role of Brent Parent Carer Forum CIC (BPCF) is to work inpartnership with commissioners and service providers across health ,education and social care to represent the views of parents carers in order to influence services and get the best provision for children and young people aged 0-7 with SEND in Brent.

Your feedback is so important in ensuring services are meeting the needs of your child.
We want to know about your 'lived experiences' of accessing and using SEND services.
Your responses will be fed back to the Local Authority and North West London Integrated Care Board NHS to enable them to make informed decisions that will make improvements and deliver more efficient and effective services to you as a parent carer or family member looking after a child or young person with SEND 0-25.
We really want to know more about your experiences to ensure together we are making a difference.

What has improved or where are there still gaps?

If you would like help completing this survey please email admin@brentpcf.org or call Carol Foyle 07852101492 We plan to host sessions to support parents to complete the survey if needed.
