Women are 4 times more likely than men to be primary caregivers. Plus working moms are more likely to have sacrificed their career for their family and feel more guilty about leaving their kids behind to go to work.
A majority of millennial parents feel guilty about leaving their kids to head to work. In general, younger parents find it difficult to balance work and family life, more so than parents in older generations.
