We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to lead the engineering teams for SurveyMonkey’s suite of forms products:
You will be responsible for the engineering strategy and the operation and maintenance of the APIs, services and infrastructure of Wufoo and SM Apply - supporting our customers, partners and developers. You will work with the technical leadership team to define and deliver the evolution of our next generation forms products.
This leader will be a critical component of continuing to build out our engineering team. A key area of focus will be to recruit and empower a high performing team of technical talent, able to coach, develop and mentor, and collaborate with multiple teams across several locations. In addition, this role will partner closely with a cross-functional team of senior engineering leaders. You will be expected to drive efficient and effective processes and tools for development, continuous integration and deployment.
This role will report directly to the CTO and be based in Ottawa, Canada.
Must be able to obtain and hold government security clearance at the Reliability level.
