The Role

We are looking for a leader to guide and mentor our Infrastructure Engineering Team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing and curating the teams roadmap. Support our Engineers through the challenges of building and maintaining distributed systems on a global scale. The availability of these services is critical to the overall uptime and stability of our site. The ideal candidate for this role would understand the balance of a well curated development life cycle paired with operational regimen.  


  • Growing and managing a team of engineers.
  • Build and maintain highly available distributed systems to support the backbone of our application stack.
  • Review and collaborate on technical/functional specification documentation
  • Collaboration with other engineering leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Accountable for uptime and performance metrics



  • 3-5 years experience leading an engineering team
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Review and collaborate on technical/functional specification documentation
  • Culture of code reviews, writing tech specs, and collaborating closely with other people
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent
