We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to run our Surveys Platform engineering team. You will be responsible for our APIs and services that enable our developers, integrators, and customers for our Surveys Product - partnering with the technical leadership team to define and deliver the evolution of our next generation Surveys Platform.
This leader will be a critical component of continuing to build out our engineering team. A key area of focus will be to recruit and empower a high performing team of technical talent, ability to coach, develop and mentor, including the ability to manage multiple teams across several locations. In addition, this role will partner closely with a cross-functional team of senior engineering leaders. You will be expected to drive efficient and effective processes and tools for development, continuous integration and deployment.
This role will report directly to the CTO.
