It’s Vacation Time! How Travel App Uses SurveyMonkey Audience to Measure Travelers’ Needs

The first official day of summer’s nearly here and we just can’t stop thinking about how excited we are to relax under the sun and enjoy the longer nights. Like many of you, we here at SurveyMonkey Audience are counting down the days until we can head out on vacation with our family and friends.

So in the spirit of summer getaways and travel, we’re thrilled to announce our partnership with the soon-to-be-released mobile app, Loungebuddy–your single resource for information on all lounges in airports. Once you download the app, you’ll instantly have at your fingertips all of the information you’ll need about airport lounges around the world–exact locations, operating hours, amenities, photos, reviews and more.

Since they’re a brand new mobile app, Loungebuddy worked with us in order to better understand the needs of their target audience–airport tavelers. They needed to learn more about the airport lounges that travelers were already familiar with, the number of travelers who hold annual memberships that allow free access and find out how much an airport traveler would be willing to pay in order to gain entrance to an airport lounge.

By the end of their Audience survey project, Loungebuddy had the feedback they needed in order to improve the functionality of their product and expand their mobile application features. Good news for air travelers, everywhere!
