Rob’s Barbershop Community Foundation Shares Its Client Database Survey

Recently, Robert Cradle, master barber and founder of the non-profit Rob’s Barbershop Community Foundation (RBCF), shared his story about how he uses SurveyMonkey as his organization’s primary database. RBCF provides grooming services and products for the homeless and since the organization started in 2000, it has serviced over 6000 clients.

After profiling Cradle’s work and how he uses SurveyMonkey to keep track of clients, generate impact data, and report back quantifiable findings to his donor base, quite a few of you asked see actually see one of the RBCF surveys in action.

Cradle was more than happy to share and provided one of his most commonly used surveys—his client database survey. Take it for a spin!















Completed after a client receives a service, this survey helps the RBCF to easily keep track of crucial data like contact information, type of grooming services and products received, and perhaps most importantly, identifying how the received service will influence a client’s future. Pretty impressive, right?
