Memonic’s Customer Feedback Survey as an Example

We posted yesterday that the Memonic team had sent out a pretty nifty customer feedback survey and wrote up some best practices on their blog. Well, they have generously agreed to share their survey as part of our series this month showcasing example surveys to help you jump start your own survey creation process.

For context, Memonic provides web-based note taking software. They originally posted a link to their customer feedback survey on their blog asking customers to give honest feedback (and have a chance to win a Kindle!). We’ve embedded that survey here so you can easily click through. The only change we made to their original survey is to put it into six pages (vs. keep in all on one page) for easier browsing. Check out Question #18–it was a source of some internal team debate, but they were glad they asked it.

    Typo in 12 (“I’ve never used”) and 13 should be Digg?

      Bryan–thanks for the catch on the typo (we corrected it!). For #13, Diigo is a social bookmarking company based in Reno, Nevada. From their site: “The name “Diigo” is an abbreviation for “Digest of Internet Information, Groups and Other stuff.” :)

    talking about best practises, how about adding answer “None” to #16 ? Or make it skiplogic on #17.
    I find that “None” is missing too often in surveys, forcing to quit (in case of must-answer) or give a false answer.
