    As a suggestion:
    I would include a brief description of the policy the organization has for each subject (like “XYZ offers performance driven compensation through individual bonusses”). That way, the question can be evaluated against the policy and vice-versa by the respondent.
    When evaluating the survey result, it is important to have a target in mind (it might be OK to have ‘only’ 60% satisfacting for some topic, while it may be disastrous for others), but that is of topic for this blog entry.
