SurveyMonkey Audience Webinar Series: How to Design a Successful Survey

Screen Shot 2013-01-07 at 6.02.27 PM

Picture this: You’re sitting in front of your computer. Snacks within reach. Caffeine at the ready. SurveyMonkey.com fired up and good to go. Ready, set, survey! But wait, what if you’re sitting there thinking, I don’t know how to get started! What kinds of questions should I ask? How do I know if I’m asking the right questions? Don’t panic, friends- we’re here to help!

We’re pleased as punch to kick off the first webinar in a new series aimed at helping you run successful surveys and SurveyMonkey Audience projects. None of us are born survey experts (but wouldn’t that be great?) and so with practice and the right tools, we’ve collected all kinds of tips and tricks over time in order to help ease a seemingly intimidating process.

That being said we figured what better way to start off the new year and a new series than with the basics? Below, we’ll walk you through all of the steps you need to know when designing your first survey including how to use SurveyMonkey resources like Question Bank to help you get all the answers you’re looking for.

Now sit back, relax, enjoy the show and be sure to let us know what you think in the Comments below!

    Hi,
Have you thought about adding subtitles to your webinar? They’re really easy to do in Youtube & would make this video accessible to deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people plus people like me in quiet offices who can’t put the sound on & don’t have any headphones!

Just uploading a transcript on your “my videos” page would probably be OK, if you wanted to make sure the timings were right you could use universalsubtitles.org to create a timecoded file.

    Thanks,
    Lissy
