Last year, we introduced great collaboration tools so teams and organizations could work smarter, faster, and make great decisions. We’re making collaboration easier
Before rolling out these changes, we received feedback that people wanted to collaborate but had to find workarounds: Team members would share and use the same email and password to sign in and review surveys, email feedback to each other, or export results to multiple places in different formats.
We don’t want anyone to spend valuable time finding workarounds…it’s better spent collaborating. Additionally, sharing passwords and exporting info outside a collaboration space can create security risks or result in lost work. By collaborating within SurveyMonkey, you can protect survey data and rest assured that only the right people access your surveys.
Share with just the right people and save time
Collaboration shouldn’t be chaotic. Collaboration in SurveyMonkey means giving the right people on your team access to specific surveys so you can get things done quicker and better.
When you add people to your team, you can choose which surveys they can access. When you share a survey with someone on your team, they’ll see it listed under My Surveys, and from there the team member can view, edit, or comment on the survey—as well as export results. No one else on your team will see the survey unless you share it with them too. And when you need to make a change, you can revoke a team member’s access to a survey at any time.
As you and your team create surveys, you can easily avoid repetitive work. Features like the shared library keep your assets in one place. Don’t waste time clicking into a million different places—now everyone can quickly access company logos, themes, images in one spot, ensuring that surveys keep looking great and are brand consistent.
You can also store survey templates in your library, so your team can re-use the templates and questions that work best. When you work this way, you’ll be confident that everyone is saving time and using what works best for your surveys.
Scale your team as you need and keep making things better
As a primary admin, you can also add team members or reassign accounts when needed. Just send an email invite or set up a sign-up page within SurveyMonkey so they can join on their own. If someone leaves the team, your account won’t lose any survey or results data, so you can keep the valuable insights and info you’ve gained.
Collaboration in SurveyMonkey gives you and your team an opportunity to improve the way you work. By dividing things up, team members can focus on their areas of expertise, like design or analysis, and quickly help with feedback or reviews.
