1. Check your account’s vitals
Is the main account and billing contact still accurate? How about the billing credit card and address? Need to update your purchase order information? Has your company grown in the past year? Speaking of brand assets, a straightforward, yet powerful way of making your survey impactful is by adding a logo and color theme to the design. When you apply a logo or color theme to your survey that represents your company or brand, your surveys look even more professional—and your brand sticks with respondents.
Just click into the Options and Theme menus from the Design page to set up your logo and theme. You now have yourself an aesthetically pleasing survey that will be sure to build trust and recognizability with your customers in the new year!

3. Optimize your survey results by using the right collector
Survey response collectors—gotta love ‘em. But which one to choose?! One of your biggest decisions in the surveying process is trying to decide which collector best suits your needs.
Let’s do a quick breakdown:
Web Link Collector: This collector is a simple URL that allows you to post your survey anywhere your heart desires.
