Smartphone User Survey: What Do Smartphone Consumers Really Want?

SurveyMonkey CEO Dave Goldberg surveyed attendees at the 2014 Mobile World Congress and found that in spite of some mind-blowing new features, smartphone consumers would easily sacrifice big screens and underwater cameras for just a little more battery life. Here’s what they said:

  • 57% of current Samsung Galaxy owners have no intention of upgrading to the Galaxy S5. (Tweet this.)

  • 64% of smartphone users have no intention of buying the latest iPhone 5C. (Tweet this.)

  • Most smartphone users would rather have longer battery life than cool features. (Tweet this.)

  • 53% of iPhone users would not pay more for a larger screen. (Tweet this.)

Watch the SurveyMonkey CEO explain the findings.
