The good news: We’re upgrading our infrastructure to make SurveyMonkey even better. The bad news? It’s going to be a little inconvenient.
With apologies in advance, our site will be offline for a maximum of one hour this Saturday, 16 November 2013, starting 11 AM PT. During this time, respondents will not be able to take your surveys.
Rest assured, your data and saved surveys are totally safe.
If you plan to send out surveys this weekend, we recommend that you send them by 5pm PT on Wednesday, 13 November, 2013. Or, wait until Monday, 18 November, 2013.
In the event one of your respondents tries to take a survey while the site is down, this is the message they’ll see:
Sorry for the inconvenience!
SurveyMonkey is upgrading its infrastructure today, Saturday, 16 November 2013. The survey you tried to take should be available in less than an hour. You’ll be able to access it by refreshing this page or clicking the link again.
You can also follow @SurveyMonkey on Twitter to see when the upgrade is complete.

Thanks for your patience!
Note: Respondents taking white label surveys on Research.net will see a similar message, without mention of SurveyMonkey.
As always, thanks for being such a great customer! We hope the wait will be worth it for an even better SurveyMonkey with:
- More data processing capacity
- Faster web page response
- Expanded backup systems to keep your data even safer
