Portland monkey, Kathryn, answered our one millionth customer email sent in by Justin, a manager of User Experience, looking to see if we’d be a good fit for his company needs. It was Justin’s lucky day as he not only got his question answered by Kathryn, he received a complimentary year’s subscription to the Gold plan—our most popular. Justin now has unlimited questions and responses, access to 50+ survey templates, advanced logic features like piping, question randomization and all sorts of bells and whistles for his next survey project.
