This snappy integration allows you to quickly and easily add a SurveyMonkey survey to any email message you’re delivering via Zoho Campaigns.
Find out more from your customer base–are they satisfied? What trends are they following? What do they think of your latest product release? The more information you have at your fingertips, the better your business will be.
Zoho Campaigns also offers a survey report that lets you view your survey’s completion rates–how many people have finished, started or not yet started your survey–all within one location.
Ready to start engaging with your customers? Then away we go!
Step 1: Log into your Zoho campaigns account and select Email Campaigns on the top navigation bar:
Step 2: Under Advanced Campaigns, select New SurveyMonkey Campaign:
When completing the Subject & Sender Details section, you’ll be able to select a SurveyMonkey survey from a dropdown menu:
Step 3: Choose from a selection of email templates, which will include a formatted “Give Feedback” button. Once they click the button, your email recipients will be able to complete your survey in a new web browser.
