Do a quick Google search for “content marketing” and you’ll be overwhelmed by the number of results. Why is this topic so popular? Content marketing is undergoing both a boom, and a major inflation problem. One reason is that–for marketers–content is key to driving business growth. It’s easier to reuse existing content and data from other sources. While creating truly unique content can be hard work, it’s getting easier.
As we worked on building case studies for our SurveyMonkey Audience product–a powerful online market research tool–we wanted to make sure we were helping to make the creation of unique content much easier for our customers. The goal was to be able to go from concept to minimum viable content as quickly as possible, and allow for a single, quick and inexpensive study to create large amounts of unique but reusable content.
We partnered with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing veteran, Mike King of iAcquire–a digital marketing company–to demonstrate just how easy it is. Mike and his team designed a survey that we launched using SurveyMonkey Audience in order to collect insight on these three points:
From the data that was collected, iAcquire created a March Madness-themed piece of totally unique content from their survey results. But no worries, you don’t have to be a college basketball fan in order to enjoy what they learned.
