This powerful in-app marketing channel enables companies to push messages or alerts directly to the desktops of end-users running the Trackerbird software. With Trackerbird and SurveyMonkey’s integration, companies can now send surveys directly to the desktops of select users and gather instant feedback.
Not only that, but Trackerbird allows for custom targeting of users with over 20 different filtering criteria—everything from software edition and language to OS and days since customers installed the software. This means you can start sending surveys to specific groups of people whose feedback is most important to you.

Step 1: Log into your Trackerbird account, create a new product account and then go to the ReachOut Desktop Messaging page to create a new campaign:
Step 2: Use the Basic Details tab to fine-tune your campaign specifics. Then select SurveyMonkey from the Message Content tab:
Step 3: Click Login to SurveyMonkey and authorize Trackerbird to use your SurveyMonkey account. Select an existing survey or create a new survey:
