Thanks for a Great 2011
2011

What a difference a year makes!

This was certainly an exciting time for all of us at SurveyMonkey.  We welcomed new colleagues from Wufoo, Zoomerang, Zoompanel and TrueSample.

And, we built some pretty cool new products including our Facebook App, Question Bank and SurveyMonkey Audience.

We should also mention that SurveyMonkey Contribute has raised more than $91,000 in total for multiple charities through their efforts on SurveyMonkey Audience.  Congrats to all the contribute member for supporting worthy causes like the Boys and Girls Club of America, Mercy Corps and the Wildlife Conservation Society – to name a few.

However, it wasn’t all work and no play.  Somewhere in between launching new languages around the globe, our team had a ton of fun spending time together outside of the office going bowling, donating time to worthy causes and we all went to see Rise: Planet of the Apes, of course.

One of the highlights of the year was our internal hack day.  The team is working many of these exciting hacks into the product for 2012. But before we leave 2011, all of us at SurveyMonkey wanted to take time to thank you, our customers, for your trust, loyalty and enthusiasm.

Thank you for letting us be a part of the 300,000 surveys deployed monthly and the over one million questions answered daily.  Our goal is to help our customers make better decisions, and we are grateful for the opportunity you give us to do just that.

Like many of you, we’re looking forward to spending time with family and friends over the holidays, so we’re gonna take a break from the blog for the next few weeks. Check back in with us in the new year for more updates, more tips and tricks, more insights, and of course, more monkeys.

We wish everyone happiness and success in a new year filled with great decisions! Happy holidays!  See you in 2012.

    • Phil – You are very welcome! We think you rock, too! Have a great new year.

Just did your Cruiser Customizing survey. Do the survey yourself and tell us whether this is the quality of surveying you want for your company.

    • Hi Rick – Thanks for recently taking a survey. If you have comments on the content of the survey (ie. you feel that the the questions were leading, incomplete, etc), contact the survey author. We provide the technology to create surveys, the person that sent you the survey would be responsible for the content.

We want to continue to use our zoomerang subscription but seem to be having issues with purchase order. Call center in India unable to assist. Can I please speak to someone in San Fran office (where we mailed PO) so we can resolve this issue?
    Thank you!
