A New Way to Get Targeted Survey Responses

A New Way to Get Targeted Survey Responses

Have a survey where you need a specific, target audience to respond? SurveyMonkey is piloting a new program that enables you to send your survey to respondents who match specific criteria you have in mind. Survey respondents are not directly compensated, rather SurveyMonkey makes a contribution to a charity of their choice when they complete your survey. A win-win for all.

If you are interested in learning more about this new program, please fill out this form to tell us about your needs. We’ll get back to you in a few business days.

As always, we welcome your feedback, so let us know what you think!

THis website is a little bit confusing at first but you are doing a great job!

    • Hi A.M.–thanks for the feedback. Would love to hear what was confusing so we can fix it!

Can we send survey to target audience via facebook?

    • a little more info for buyers is available here: – we are building out a more comprehensive website to provide details on the offering, but until then, please check out the link above which provides some collateral on this new offering we are very excited about.

  • Rohit – we dont allow targeting on Facebook with this offering, it’s actually a proprietary member group we built to ensure data quality. But, you can use the Facebook self-serve ad unit to send out your survey link to a targeted group. Facebook ad customers, and even Facebook’s internal teams actually do this quite often. Using our SurveyMonkey Rewards is actually a good way to attract clicks in an ad unit purchase, but click through rates and pricing isn’t anything SurveyMonkey can control on Facebook.
