Customer Spotlight: Memonic's (Brave) Customer Feedback Survey

Today we received a lovely gift in our email inbox. Alex, from Memonic, wrote: “Today I am contacting you because I would like to give you feedback. Our company recently used Surveymonkey for a customer survey and it was a huge success. We love the way SurveyMonkey provides us with a fabulous tool to get feedback from our customers and potential users.”

Well, we love feedback. And we’re even happier when we hear customers have had a great experience.

But wait. It gets better.

The Memonic team had also written a blog post on their survey experience and were sharing what they learned. They led off with:

Be brave. Writing a survey can feel like you’re asking the world if you look fat. You need to be prepared for answers which aren’t rave reviews. Keep in mind: when you’re trying to make your product better, constructive criticism is more valuable than blind praise.”

Our conclusion? Not only are they brave, they’re pretty savvy too (and did we mention witty?). But you don’t have to take our word for it.
