What We’re Looking Forward to in 2011

Happy 2011!  A new year often starts with resolutions–getting in shape, eating healthier, kicking bad habits, spending more time with family and friends, finding a dream job.  The core of many of these resolutions involves making better decisions on a daily basis.  Since we’re all about finding ways to help you make better decisions, we’d like to start off the new year by focusing on a few things you’ve told us are important to you.

Sharing What’s New

Thanks to all of you who shared your feedback on our blog survey, we know what you’d like to learn more about.  If you missed it, check out Dave’s kick-off post to our blog and share your input–we’ll keep looking at results.

We asked: “What would you like to read about on our blog?”

You answered:

We’re excited that you want to know what’s new from SurveyMonkey.  We want to tell you.  So look for many more posts on new features and enhancements that our product and development team are bringing your way.

Sharing Survey Examples

We’ve also been surveying customers on our site to learn how we can better help.  You’ll occasionally see an invitation to take a survey from us when you log in, and we love it when you give feedback, so please keep it coming!

We asked: “Which of the following things would help you be more successful using SurveyMonkey?”

You answered:

So look for more expert tips, some upcoming video tutorials, and a series of posts this month that will share specific examples of surveys to give you ideas of what other customers are using SurveyMonkey for, quick ways to get your own surveys created and deployed, and most importantly, a way to make sure 2011 is filled with better decisions (and a healthy amount of fun along the way).

Have more ideas on how we can help you make 2011 better?  We’d love to hear them, so please share in the comments below.
