Business Insights Peer Review Program

The BUSINESS INSIGHTS Peer Review program offers another set of eyes on your business.

A local experienced business person will conduct a "Mystery Shopper" visit and then be in contact for a sit down to share the feedback and discuss how you are going inside and outside your business.

Your peer review is confidential and can provide great insight into your business by providing you with a different point of view.

There are only 20 places in the program which is registered as a Small Business Month activity. Mystery shops are planned to be completed in the month of October 2020. Preference is to applications for businesses located in Wauchope and the Hastings Hinterland.

By submitting this Expression of Interest, you are agreeing that you understand and will undertake the following terms and conditions:

That the information provided here is correct according to your knowledge.
That you are willing to participate in the Mystery Shop visit and the sit down discussion with a local business person for an informal discussion on the internal and external elements of your business.
That you will provide information openly in the interest of gaining new insights.
That the review and sit down discussion will remain confidential, unless we are required by law to disclose.
That you are willing for your business name and description to be included in public promotions of the program.
That you are willing to provide feedback on your experience to the Wauchope Chamber which we may include in our Small Business Month summaries and/ or as a promotion of the program or the Chamber itself.
That you understand this program is facilitated by the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce with Small Business Month funding allocated through the Small Business Commissioners Office.
That you are willing to become a member of the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce (at no charge to you) and will register your membership upon acceptance of your application - (of course you are always welcome to join anytime whether you are part of this program or not!)
That your Business profile and associated promotional materials will be included in the Wauchope Chamber website and social media along with any other relevant Wauchope Chamber sites or projects.
You may be asked by the Chamber to share a positive news story, insights, or other information regarding what you are doing in your business in the interest of local business promotion and sharing of knowledge with our local business community.
That you will receive communications from the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce of which you can unsubscribe at any time.
The decision determining successful applications will be approved by the Wauchope Chamber executive and is final.
