Description:Organizations can sometimes be seen as “factories, families, jungles, or carnivals.”  Having multiple frames in which to view a situation helps leaders to make sense of the world around them.  With the world changing rapidly, it is imperative that leaders be able to see and understand a situation, effectively analyze it, and take action. Bolman and Deal’s Four-Frame Model helps leaders in this process and gives them the tools to move their organization forward.
