 3.Please encourage local towns to fix road surfaces, esp. Rt 100 and Joslin Hill Rd. They are dangerous and create a traffic hazard (I realizeIi am preaching to the choir on this one...) Great initiative re: Bike Week. I hope it is a big success! Fri, May 16, 2008 8:20 AM 
 4.The lack of wide roads or dedicated bike lanes is also a deterrent. I am not sure the right way to deal with these issues. I think that bike lockers and racks in designated ride share car pool areas would also help folks combine biking and driving in ways that could reduce car miles driven. Wed, May 7, 2008 3:57 PM

 6.Great survey! My involvement with Valley Moves has totally motivated me to buy a bike and to try biking again. Not sure when I'll feel comfortable biking on Rt. 100, but I do plan to try biking on the Mad River Path, and in Moretown on Rt. 100 and maybe the Stowe Bike Path or the Burl. bike path... Tue, May 6, 2008 12:24 PM
