19. Substandard construction is often accompanied by substandard wages. There have been instances in Maryland of contractors bring in low wage workers from outside the County and state. Charles County has passed a "Prevailing Wage" law similar to those applicable in Prince George's County and the District of Columbia. Will you support a Prevailing Wage" law for St. Mary's County?
