Mapi Values considers the opinions of clients to be of paramount importance.
Clients are welcome to complete our Performance and Satisfaction Survey at any time, and an email is sent to clients on completion of projects, and periodically during long-running projects, inviting them to do so. We appreciate the time taken by clients to complete our questionnaire and proactively seek follow-up discussions. Our aim is to have only completely satisfied clients, who are happy to recommend us to their colleagues.
More than 70% of our projects come from existing clients or via direct recommendations from clients.
