This survey is part of research into 'The Social and Community Benefits of Angling', funded by the Big Lottery Fund. It is being run by Substance, a not for profit social research company, and is supported by the Angling Trust, the Environment Agency and a range of other angling organisations in the UK.

We would like to find out more about young people's experiences of fishing. The information we collect will be used in our reports to tell other people about why young people go fishing and to try to influence policies that may make fishing better for young people.

If you are aged 18 or under we would like you to take part in this survey.

• You do not have to answer any questions that make you feel uncomfortable. You can stop at any time by clicking the exit link in the top right corner.

• All your answers will be made anonymous which means your name will not be used in any research reports.

For more information about the research visit www.anglingresearch.org.uk

If you have any questions or concerns, please email Natalie Djohari (natalie@substance.coop), or Adam Brown (adam@substance.coop), or call the Substance office on 0161 244 5418.
