Welcome to the Sussex Food & Drink Awards 2014/15! We are seeking the very best Sussex food and drink producers and the outlets which support them and we need your help.
Nominations are now closed for all categories except Sussex Young Chef of the Year, which is sponsored bySodexo Prestige.
We are looking for a superb chef who is aged 25 or under on 31/12/14, working or studying in Sussex, with a strong appreciation of all things local. He/she should be able to create, source, price and cook a delicious, locally-sourced three-course meal to compete in a Cook Off in the autumn.
Our judges would like you to tell us who you think should be considered for the Sussex Young Chef of the Year Award by 26 September 2014. You can nominate yourself or someone else.
