1. Which burger do you want to see on the menu at DLUX?

Which burger do you want to see on the menu at DLUX? Turkey burger topped with balsamic date compote, crispy bacon, soft goat cheese and mixed greens on a honey wheat bun.

Medium rare patty topped with brie cheese, thinly-sliced pear sauteed with brandy, caramelized onions and red leaf lettuce on brioche.

Half beef/half chorizo patty with roasted red pepper, lettuce, onion, queso fresco and clianto paprika mayo on a brioche bun.

All beef patty with gruyere, caramelized onions with a port reduction and garlic aioli.

2 thin patties pushed together with a block of Wisconsin Widmer Brick cheese (pushed together firmly so the cheese doesn't come out upon grilling). Top with "Tim's Famous Homemade Chili" and a large dollop of Daisy sour cream on a freshly buttered, toasted bun.

All beef patty topped with lettuce, jalapenos, guacamole and blue cheese dressing.

Salmon burger with sweet onions mixed in, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion and basil pesto mayo on a light whole wheat bun.

Gyro-spiced lamb burger topped with a tangy arugula, olive, sun-dried tomato and feta salad and a side of tzatziki sauce.
