Living in Canada
Between 16-35 years of age
Internet access
About the survey:
• Brought to you by the National Youth Action Committee of the Vietnamese Canadian Federation (VCF)
• Will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete
• By completing this survey you have a chance to be entered into a draw for a chance to win at least $100 in cash prizes
• Your responses and your contact information (should you choose to include it at the end of the survey), will
remain anonymous
• Once you start, you will not be able to save your entries or stop without losing your information
• Information collected will be reviewed, analyzed and a summary of the results will be presented at the Building
Bridges: Empowering a Rising Generation Workshop November 26-28, 2010 in Ottawa
• Survey results will be an important factor in developing a youth-focused community priority plan
• This survey is part of a VCF project entitled Investing in Youth Today for a Better Community Tomorrow, funded
by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
• Phase 1 of the survey closes on December 31, 2010.
