Wylie’s maintenance department?   Excellent – the staff is very knowledgeable and my equipment gets repaired in a timely fashion Average – the staff is about average with most maintenance departments I have seen Poor – the staff is not very knowledgeable and my equipment does not get repaired in a timely fashion.

How would you rate E. W. Wylie’s ability to get my truck fixed when it is broken down on the road?   Excellent - the shop and after hours service do an outstanding job at getting me moving again. Average- on par with other trucking company’s I have worked for. Poor- I feel like I am put on the back burner when trying to get back on the road.

Wylie is as good at recognizing drivers efforts and accomplishments as any other trucking company I have worked for Poor- E. W. Wylie does not recognize their drivers efforts and accomplishments

Wylie’s ability to inform you about your driving position at this company?   Excellent- The recruiting department did an outstanding job and told me everything I needed to know to make a decision to come here. Average- E. W. Wylie is on par with explaining the driver position as other company’s. Poor- E. W. Wylie did not tell me everything I needed to know before coming to the company.

Wylie Average- the expectations set by my recruiter were slightly different than I have experienced here at E.W. Wylie Poor- the expectations set by my recruiter are totally different than I have experienced here at E.W. Wylie

How would you rate E. W. Wylie’s ability to provide on-going training?   Excellent- E. W. Wylie really cares about training and has much to offer to make me the best trained driver in the industry. Average- E. W. Wylie’s training program is as good as any other trucking company I have worked for. Poor- E. W. Wylie does not have an established on-going training program and they have a long way to go.

Wylie is in line with other trucking company’s I have worked for. Poor- E. W. Wylie does not publish or give me feedback on my performance.

How would you rate E. W. Wylie’s fairness with administering work rules?   Excellent- E. W. Wylie does a good job at administering work rules and I always know where I stand at work. Average- E. W. Wylie is on average with other trucking company’s I have worked for. Poor- E. W. Wylie is does not clearly communicate or administer fair work rules.

Wylie?   Excellent – I have an open line of communication within the company and I feel like I know where we are heading Average – I think the management team communicates with us about the same as most trucking companies Poor – I rarely talk to anyone in management and I am not sure where the company is headed
