The White Earth Reservation is currently in the process to develop a Hazard Mitigation Plan in order to reduce its vulnerability to certain natural disasters like tornados, flooding, severe winter storms, wildfires, etc.

Your Participation in this survey is important! We need to know how prepared you are to deal with any of these types of disasters and we need to know what we can do to help you be safe and prepared in the event of such a disaster occuring in our area.

The Hazard Mitigation plan aims to identify and assess the Reservation's disaster risk and determine how to best minimize or manage those risks.

This survey provides an oppportunity for you to share your opinions and participate in the mitigation planning process. The information you provide will help us better understand your hazard concerns and can lead to activities that should help lessen the impact of future hazard events.
