3. Do you have working smoke alarm(s) on every level of your home?

4. Have you tested your smoke alarm(s) in the last year?

5. Is your smoke alarm(s) battery operated?

6. If yes, have you changed the batteries in the last six months?

7. Do you have smoke alarms that are monitored and detected by an alarm monitoring company?

8. Have you practiced a Home Fire Safety Drill with all members of your family in the past 24 months?

9. If the smoke alarm goes off in your home, should you call 911 before you get out?

10. Is everyone living in your home aware of a "meeting place" once outside your home?

11. Do you have an approved carbon monoxide (CO) detector in your home?

25. The Saugeen Shores Fire Department currently does not routinely respond to Basic Medical Assistance and High Angle Rescue incidents. They do provide Land Based Water Rescue and Awareness Level, Hazardous Materials Response Keeping in mind that taxes may increase if spending increases, which of the following services do you think the department should be providing in our community?
