In 2007, the Bicycle Advisory Task Force produced the West Hartford Master Bike Plan (Plan) which was adopted by the Town Council and incorporated into the Town’s 2009 Plan of Conservation and Development (http://www.westhartford.org/living_here/town_departments/community_services/planning_and_zoning/planning/docs/PlanofDevelopment_2009_2019.pdf). One of the Plan’s recommendations was for the Council to appoint a Bicycle Advisory Committee (Committee), which it did in 2011.

The Task Force conducted a survey of Town residents as to provide input for the Plan. We need your help to update that survey to provide information to the Town Council and Staff about how to improve conditions for biking in West Hartford.
