This year has been the wettest season on record, with many outdoor events being severely affected by the weather.

This survey will collate information about how outdoor events where affected by the weather and what actions were taken by organisers in response. The findings from the survey will form part of a session at the UK Festival Awards Conference, sharing our industry's experience of 2012. In addition, the findings of the survey will inform Julie's Bicycle's work with the outdoor sector to ensure we continue to provide relevant guidance, tools and support.

In completing the survey you will be entered into a PRIZE DRAW to win a FREE sustainable consultancy package from Julies Bicycle worth £895; Industry experts will audit your event and create a simple action plan which will save costs, save carbon, and help you present your green credential to your audience effectively. Terms & Conditions apply.

If you would prefer to complete the survey over the phone we would be happy to collect your response this way. Please email Tiah Clarke to arrange a convenient time: tiah@juliesbicycle.com

Survey closes: 9th November 2012. Completing the survey should take no more than 15 minutes.

*** Please Note: The deadline has been extended until the 23rd November . The results will still be shared at the UK Festival Awards Conference on the 3rd December. The extension is to allow for a larger and more diverse sample size. ***

Thank you for your time.
