Thank you for taking the time to fill out an evaluation. Your feedback is extremely important to us. The evaluation should take 2 to 3 minutes to complete.

General Instructions:

- Select the time of day
- Select your session and answer the evaluation questions
- On the last screen there is a link you can click on to evaluate another session. DO NOT click on the back button.

*We are using an online format for our session evaluations this year in an effort to reduce the amount paper used at the conference.
