Water Features in the Healthcare Setting

This survey is the beginning of a research project on water features in the healthcare setting.

Preliminary findings will be presented at the Education Session "Water in the Designed Landscape: Benefits, Precautions, and Recommendations" by Jack Carman, Clare Cooper Marcus, and Naomi Sachs at the ASLA annual meeting and expo in October (http://www.asla.org/2011meeting/edSessionsSun3.html).

We are particularly interested in issues of safety and maintenance, so please be as detailed as possible with your answers.

NOTE: This survey has been designed to only address one water feature at a time. Especially for designers who have designed or specified more than one water feature in the healthcare environment, please either a) Fill out more than one survey, or b) Choose the water feature that best speaks to our questions about safety and maintenance.
