The information you provide below will be emailed to all relevant coaches on the Active Surrey Coaching Portal.

Please ensure you have have details about your organisation's insurance policy and also what policies you have in place, for example Child Protection. We will also be asking you for details on if the volunteer will be able to claim expenses or have access to training/mentoring.

Please carry out thorough and appropriate checks on any coach who contacts you from the Coaching Portal. Active Surrey does not endorse or carry out any qualification checks on coaches, unless otherwise stated.
